Slow and steady doesn’t win the race this time.
Researchers are now saying the best way to keep weight off is to drop many pounds right away with a rigorous diet and exercise plan, rather than doing it gradually, Reuters reports.
Contrary to popular doctor and dietician advice that says losing weight quickly often causes people to gain most of it back, scientists from the Netherlands found that people gain back a similar percentage of weight no matter how much they initially lose, according to Reuters….
