Have You Heard? Chocolate IS A Health Food

Thats’s right… Ok maybe not. But it can be part of a healthy diet.  An unofficial survey, that was sponsored by Hershey Center for Health & Nutrition, says that almost 70% of dieticians say that you can eat 100 calories worth of chocolate every day “while maintaining a balanced lifestyle.” And  nearly as many have agreed that you can eat that much chocolate daily and still lose weight.
