Researchers found that eating 5-6 small meals a day is best, if you want to lose more weight than eating the standard 3 meals a day. You can put your health at risk if you cut down on calories too drastically. Eating regularly, can help you maintain your insulin level, which produce amino acids in the cells of your muscles and promotes growth of the muscles. Eating every 3 hours will give your body a stable production of insulin.
As a result of eating healthy foods on a regular basis, your weight loss goals will be easier to achieve and your body will be able to process vitamins and minerals much better. The trick to this is making sure that you are eating on a schedule. It may be difficult at times, but if you plan your meals, you will see your efforts pay off. yes its our habit to have 2-3 meals a day and it would be difficult for most of us (working people) to have 5-6 meals a day because of busy schedule
