6 Ways to Lose Belly Fat

Many people are very conscious of belly fat and are forever looking for ways to remove it. We have learned from recent studies that excess fat around the belly may be linked to many diseases such as cancer, heart disease and diabetes.
To significantly reduce stress levels, it is important to have at least 8 hours sleep. 5 hours of sleep is fine, as long its 5 hours of uninterrupted sleep.
I know that losing abdominal fat isn’t the easiest thing in the world, that’s why I wrote this article. But doing activities like walking, running, ab exercises and eliminating trans fat can be great for the stomach.
It is very important to understand that around the belly is a dangerous situation. A study done recently indicated that abdominal fat is more “metabolically active” than fat in the legs or buttocks. And that there may be a link to things like colon cancer, especially among women.
Most people believe that having a beer belly is a modern thing. Belly fat is something that needs to be taken seriously. Make losing abdominal fat an important goal in your life. Just remember though, losing belly fat won’t happen overnight, so be prepared for weeks of exercise.
If you follow these tips, you should be on your way…
1. Run or walk 5 times a week for at least 30 mins
2. Do not eat after 7pm
3. Try and do yoga at least 3x’s a week
4. Working out in the gym 4x’s a week
5. Eat more raw food
6. Get plenty of sleep

True that eliminating belly fats are hard to eliminate. You need to exert lots of effort. You need to reduce your food intake and do a lot of exercise. On a positive thought after all this sacrifices you will for sure live a healthy and sexy life.
